No Tap Shoes, leotards or fancy footwork here, Barre is a low impact total body workout guaranteed to give you amazing results. This class combines yoga, pilates and strength using isometric movements to tone, sculpt and strengthen your body.

Like all of the classes that we offer; this class is open to all levels and can be modified for health or injury concerns. No shoes are worn in this class and bring your mat!

Yoga

Our energizing vinyasa classes guide you through a series of dynamic poses linking the breath with movement. You will cultivate groundedness while you lengthen, strengthen, and travel along the mat. Completely guided and accompanied by a killer playlist, you’ll learn to seek and crave a flowstate! Ideal for those who like to sweat, feel strong, and shift energy.

Some classes are *comfortably warm, but not hot.

DanceWerk

DanceWerk is an energetic dance fitness class. It is a cardio-intense, fun-filled, full body workout that exercises your mind, body and soul. No previous dance experience is required. Shoes are required!

H.E.A.T.

HIGH ENERGY AEROBIC TONING. This class is a blast! Weight and cardio intervals, high intensity workout, choreographed to today’s top hits! Shoes are required. *this class is not heated*
